Luxe Apt Taste provides luxury apartment selection and curated living options for discerning clients, including personalized property matching, area orientation and concierge support.

3. Info Products

We offer digital materials such as neighborhood guides, market overviews and exclusive area profiles designed to enhance your search experience.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded welcome kits and curated gift sets may be available.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are described on our website and are payable at the time of booking or order. We accept major cards and other available payment options.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund of service fees within 7 days of purchase if no substantial work has begun. Bespoke apartment search and personalized consultation services are not eligible for a refund once confirmed, due to exclusive resource allocation. To request a refund, contact us via the Support Form. Services may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date at no extra fee.

6.2 Info Products

Digital guides and materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no download has occurred. After download access, no refund is available due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

Physical items must be unused and in original packaging. To qualify for a refund, items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for shipped-back items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
